Yes! All educators on the Your Staff Hub platform go through a stringent verification process including verifying their identity and validating their WWCC, qualifications and certifications.
What qualifications do educators have?
This will depend on the individual educator. They must hold a minimum of a Cert III in Early Childhood Education.
What type of educators can I book through Your Staff Hub?
We have a range of educators ready to work on Your Staff Hub, ranging from Cert III qualified through to ECT level. You can even book a relief educator to fill in as an OSHC educator or in the kitchen.
How can I book an educator?
Booking an educator is simple with Your Staff Hub. Simply register your centre and complete your profile. You can then list a shift and choose relief educators who match your criteria.
How is Your Staff Hub different to an agency?
We're a Hub, not an agency. We connect you with qualified and verified relief educators that suit your budget. Our fee structure is transparent and we have a two-way rating system for both centres and educators to keep things honest and trustworthy.
Is it free to join Your Staff Hub?
Yes! We don't charge set-up costs or subscription fees. Our fee structure is completely transparent with a 7% platform fee added to each booking.
Do fees incur GST?
Yes. All fees are inclusive of GST. Some educators may also be required to charge GST and this will be reflected clearly on the booking so you always know exactly what you'll be paying.
